Nano-Shield double

The VORTEX HIFI Nano Shield screen material is a screen fabric made of copper. In addition, nanoparticles were applied, which completely change the properties of the screen material.

While the uncoated material absorbs water immediately (right picture) and distributes it, a droplet of water does not penetrate into the nano-screen material (see left picture) even after hours and instead rolls off. The nano-coating has a completely different influence on the surface tension of the water droplet. This coating creates completely new electromagnetic properties that an umbrella fabric does not otherwise have.

Patented vacuum process for “fusing” the nanoparticles with the tissue

In order to achieve a higher nanoparticle density, the nanoparticles were “welded” onto the surface in a vacuum using a patented process. This leads to a permanent sealing of the surface and thus a permanently high shielding effect. Decreasing shielding properties, as in the case of metallized fabrics, are excluded.

Shielding effect up to an incredible 40 GHz

Screen fabrics usually have a maximum screening effect of up to approx. 4GHz. Thanks to the nano-technology surface treatment, the material was made completely impervious and has a high shielding effect up to an incredible 40 GHz.

Shielding effects from 80 to 120 dB

Our Nano Shield material can not only shield extremely high frequencies, but also has a high shielding effect of 80 to 120 dB - 85 dB on average.

Screen with absorber properties

One of the most unusual and outstanding properties of this nanoparticle material is definitely its absorber effect. The info graphics show the difference. The waves that hit the Nano Shield are reflected almost infinitely and thus finally absorbed - converted into heat. The energy that hits a foil or metallized screen reflects the energy. Disturbances can thus intensify.

In particular digital circuits, with their digital impulses (RJ45 plug, USB plug, RCA 75 Ohm plug), generate extremely high-frequency harmonics. This is where the Nano Shield technology can show its full potential.

Potential vortex arm through AIO information

Each screen not only reflects electromagnetic waves, but also swirls them. That means that from Prof. Dr. Ing.Konstantin Meyl potential vortex classified as having a biological effect (harmful to sound). So every umbrella has advantages and disadvantages. Through the AIO - information of the screen material, the potential vortices that arise are dissolved again. For the first time, it is possible to have a parasol without disadvantages.

Source-free shielding

Contrary to the usual practice in the hi-fi sector that the shield designs always represent a field source, the VORTEX HIFI Nano Shield is always designed without a source. This means that the screen does not act as a source of an electric or magnetic field or an electromagnetic wave. So there are no negative influences from the screen.

Ground-free shielding

The VORTEX HIFI Nano Shield is never grounded. On the ground of a device there is interference of up to 130 volts - and this has interference frequencies well into the megahertz range. This means that sound-damaging, because nerve-influencing fields are emitted - just like it Prof. Dr. Magda Havas at their Dirty Power Investigations describes. In addition, the device ground receives the antennas through “ground-shielded” products in order to also radiate the ground interference.

      the attenuation is 60 - 120 dB at 0,05 - 40 GHz. According to MIL-STD 285, the mean attenuation is 85 dB.
