Unfortunately, I didn't discover the secret of the Iraser 4 during the listening marathon, which is not the purpose of this report. But if we were already at the end of the year and I could award the “Best Buy” for this year, the Iraser 4 from Vortex Hifi would definitely be the favourite.
An afterthought: After looking through my test system, you noticed that I generally treat CDs with CD spray before playing them. I believe that I can save myself that by using the Iraser 4 in the future.

This product contains a super magnet inside the wooden body. When handling the Iraser 4 Sigma, it is essential to ensure that the Iraser is handled as if you were holding a magnet in your hand. Therefore, it is essential to pay attention to the following:

• The Iraser does not belong in the hands of children. There is a risk of injury.
• The Iraser is attracted to another magnet or magnetizable object in the vicinity, which can result in bruising and bruising of the skin.

• The Iraser must not be brought into close proximity to a pacemaker or the like.

Magnetic fields

The Vortex HiFi Iraser 4 Sigma consists of a mahogany solid wood block with a milled chamber in which there are information-giving objects, such as over a dozen semi-precious stones, precious stones and also a diamond. In addition, the wood block was treated on the outside with 100% solvent-free, pure cold-pressed linseed oil varnish and coated with informed beeswax and on the inside with an informed ceramic. The heart of the Iraser 4 Sigma is an extremely strong, informed neodymium magnet on the underside of the Iraser, which has also been directly informed using a new process. For fixation, the chamber was then potted and closed with a soft felt strip so that no damage occurs during use. Figure 1 (above) shows the direction of the magnet with the white arrows. Since the magnet is located directly behind the felt strip, the magnetic field is strongest on this side. Objects to be treated should therefore be treated with this side of the wooden block.

Side faces

At the bottom (Fig. 2 white arrows), significantly weaker magnetic fields emerge from the side surfaces. This must be taken into account during storage. The magnetic field is weakest on the upper side (Fig. 2 black arrow arrow) and can be easily deposited on this side.

Deleting information
